About the event

According to Dr. Bruce Perry, the brain develops from the bottom-up and from the inside-out.

1. Participants will be introduced to the sequential development and organization of the brain.

2. Participants will learn how early developmental trauma during pregnancy, infancy and childhood can create attachment problems.

3. Participants will understand how social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges are shaped by a child’s early patterned, predictable, repetitive, rhythmic, and relational experiences.
